Duotrope's Digest: Markets for Writers - This fiction and poetry market search engine allows one to select various parameters, such as genre, story length, or payment, and search for all publishers fitting those criteria.

They will also let you track your submissions to these markets, recording when you submitted them, when they acknowledged receipt, and when they accepted or rejected your work. This is how they get their market data on average response times and such.

I find this place so useful, I sent them a $5 donation the first week. And I'm very poor right now.
